Thank you for supporting 101 Flowers. We carefully prepare and package every order from our flower farm in Marlborough, New Zealand.

Dahlia Tuber Shipping

Dahlia tubers are shipped during their dormant season, once they have been lifted, divided, cleaned, inspected and prepared for dispatch.

Orders are expected to be shipped from end of August onwards, depending on seasonal conditions and when tubers are ready. We appreciate your patience as we work with nature to provide healthy, quality tubers.

Processing Times

Orders are generally processed within 2 days after payment has been received.

During peak shipping periods, processing times may be slightly longer due to the volume of orders being carefully prepared.

Delivery

Orders are sent via a tracked courier service within New Zealand.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. 101 Flowers is not responsible for delays, loss, or parcels delivered to an incorrect address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Packaging

We take great care when packaging your tubers to ensure they arrive safely. Tubers are packaged securely and labelled ready for planting.

As living plants, tubers may vary in size, shape and appearance. This is normal and does not affect their ability to grow.

Local Pickup

Local pickup will be available from our Marlborough flower farm by prior arrangement. Details will be provided at checkout where applicable.
